Kim Pai Coating Co. Ltd. is a joint venture between Kim Pai Group and
a Singapore Packaging Company to set up the first manufacturing plant
for Protection Film in Thailand. Our facility is located in Wellgrow Industrial
Estate in Chacheongsao which is only an hour’s drive from Bangkok. In
anticipation of the growth in demand for Protection Film both locally and
in the Asian region, we started production in the beginning of 2007. As
an assurance to our customers of the quality of our process and product,
we have been certified the International Quality Standard ISO9001 : 2000
by United Registrar of System (URS).

 

To meet the growing demand for “Clean Products”, we have invested in a Class 1000 Clean Room enclosed environment.
We manufacture Protection Film in such a facility to ensure dust-free, premium-quality Protection Film. We are proud to be
among the very few manufacturers in Asia with this facility.

Achieving this goal requires an extensive research and development, skill training, quality control, and cost-competitive production. In terms of investments, priority is given to improving cost-competitiveness, the use of new technology and product development.
  Environmental protection and management are an integral part of
our activities. We take responsibility to reduce waste, conserve
energy; prevent and control any hazards in the production process.
In our choice of raw materials, sources of energy and production
processes, as well as in product development, an important objective
is to minimize the impact on nature and the environment. We have
been accredited the Environmental Standard ISO14001: 2004 also
by United Registrar of System (URS).
